Hello and welcome to the blog!
I love sharing recent shoots, some tips & tricks for family sessions, my family and some of the behind the scenes of being a photographer.
I'm glad you're here!
I have always wanted to take my family on a day trip to Yellowstone since we live SO close! I’m so glad we made it happen. I was scheduled to have two photoshoots this day in the park, but they both canceled so it allowed us to enjoy our time a little more on the boardwalks.
On our way there we stopped at The Pincecone in Island Park to get ice cream (which was so yummy!) and had to get this bear. I could just picture Cal carrying it around Yellowstone — how cute! Milo got a Jr. Ranger vest/hat and a pin and a stuffed animal. Oliver got some stuffed animals. The gift shop at Old Faithful was definitely Milo and Oliver’s favorite part of the trip haha.
We started at Old Faithful, then hiked up to the overlook of Grand Prismatic Springs and ended at the boardwalk of Grand Prismatic Springs. We also got a quick picture at my favorite little field but were EATEN by mosquitos. But I’m glad we got a picture there!
It was such a great trip! Enjoy my overload of photos!
Hopefully you're finding examples, information and all you need to know to help with your session. I've been a photographer in the East Idaho + Surrounding areas for 8+ years. I can't wait to hear from you if taking pictures here is your plan!
