Hello and welcome to the blog!
I love sharing recent shoots, some tips & tricks for family sessions, my family and some of the behind the scenes of being a photographer.
Feel free to take a look around!
Yessy and Chuy were so much fun to spend time with out at the Saint Anthony Sand Dunes in Saint Anthony, Idaho! They both came out from California to drop off a sister going to school at BYUI. It was so nice meeting them and taking 8-year anniversary pictures here for them in Idaho. I love sessions at the Sand Dunes and especially when the couple likes to explore a little. We did some exploring and got sand and also the brush out there. It was a magical evening.
Madi and Thomas came to the Christmas Tree Mini Sessions that I did in Rexburg Idaho. I absolutely loved Madi’s Vintage Dress she wore for the session. Madi and Thomas are from California and I loved meeting them!
About a week before their session, Alicia texted me and asked if we could change the location to this Sunflower Patch at Wild Adventure Corn Maze in Idaho Falls (near Shelley) and I replied YES! This was my first time shooting in a sunflower patch and it was incredible! I felt like I could be […]
At least once a year I try to get the camera on a tripod to take some family photos. I love seeing my boys grow over the years. I think it’s so important to get them taken to document seasons of life and ages.
During Newborn Sessions it can seem a little chaotic with everyone on a bed, but honestly they are some of my favorite things to photograph because of the sweet little moments and relationships I get to capture. I recommend getting newborn photos done within the first 2 weeks of life. Babies are usually more sleepy […]
I took Emilio and Anna’s Engagements last summer and I was so honored to be their Elopement photographer in Jackson Hole Wyoming October 2020! This short and sweet little elopement in the center of Jackson Hole was just perfect. It was the week before the snow came, and everyone was so kind and excited to […]
Graduation photos are some of my favorite photos to take as a BYU-Idaho Graduation Photographer! I love meeting these new graduates from BYUI and learning their story and where they are off to. I am so proud of Karen and how she managed to graduate while being a mom to two adorable girls! Karen came […]
I was so excited when Laura reached out to me about taking their family photos in Grand Teton National Park, near Jackson Hole Wyoming while they were on their Thanksgiving trip as a family! Little Madden was adorable. We took photos of mom and dad while he waited and after we were done, he started […]
I had the best time as a Rexburg Idaho Engagement Photographer with Jenise & Porter as we took their engagements in the mountains close to Rexburg, Idaho! These two were SO fun and adventurous. Pretty sure all of our toes were freezing but it was completely worth it. I’m so excited to photograph their wedding […]
We took these in Rexburg Idaho at the Beaver Dick Park Campground and I just loved the light as a Rexburg Idaho Family Photographer! We were lucky enough to get a nice, non-breezy night in September. Fall comes and goes fast in Idaho and there is snow sooner than later so we were lucky to […]
